Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy sets out how personal data of Website users are processed and protected, in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”. By sending a request, the user confirms that they have read this Policy.

• surname and first name (patronymic, if provided);
• phone number;
• e-mail address (if provided);
• name of the organisation the user represents (if provided);
• information the user enters in the request: product, volume, comment;
• technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, page from which it was sent.

Special categories and biometric personal data are not processed. The Website is not intended for persons under 18.

4. Purposes of processing

• reviewing the request and preparing a quotation;
• contacting the user about the request (call, message, e-mail);
• concluding and performing a supply contract at the user’s initiative;
• protecting the Website from spam and abuse.

• the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of Law 152-FZ), given separately — see Consent to personal data processing;
• the need to conclude and perform a contract at the user’s initiative (Art. 6(1)(5) of Law 152-FZ).

6. Processing conditions

The Operator collects, records, systematises, accumulates, stores, updates, retrieves, uses, blocks, deletes and destroys personal data, with and without automation. Personal data of Russian citizens are recorded and stored in databases located in the Russian Federation (hosting provider Beget LLC, Russia). Personal data are not sold or transferred to third parties, except where necessary to perform a contract with the user or required by law.

7. Retention

Personal data are processed until the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact if no contract is concluded; if a contract is concluded — for the period required by accounting and tax laws. Data are destroyed within 30 days after the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless the law provides otherwise.

8. User rights

The user may obtain information about the processing of their data, request correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, and appeal to Roskomnadzor or a court. Requests are accepted by phone +7 (900) 981-91-92 or by e-mail sales@isomost.com. The Operator replies within 10 business days (extendable by 5 business days with notice).

9. Security measures

Only the Operator has access to requests; the request storage is closed to internet access; hosting and e-mail accounts are password-protected; data are transmitted over HTTPS.

10. Cookies

The Website may use cookies and the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC, Russia) to collect anonymous visit statistics. Cookies can be disabled in the browser settings.

11. Final provisions

The Operator may amend this Policy; the new version takes effect upon publication on the Website.
