Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking the box and sending a request on the “IsoMost” Website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give specific, informed and unambiguous consent to the operator:

to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Personal data

• surname and first name (patronymic, if provided);
• phone number;
• e-mail address (if provided);
• name of the organisation the user represents (if provided);
• information the user enters in the request: product, volume, comment;
• technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, page from which it was sent.

2. Purposes

• reviewing the request and preparing a quotation;
• contacting the user about the request (call, message, e-mail);
• concluding and performing a supply contract at the user’s initiative;
• protecting the Website from spam and abuse.

3. Actions

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation. Transfer to third parties only to the extent necessary to perform a supply contract concluded at my initiative.

4. Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from the date it is given if no contract is concluded. I may withdraw it at any time by contacting the Operator by phone +7 (900) 981-91-92 or by e-mail sales@isomost.com; the data will then be destroyed within 30 days, except where processing may continue without consent under Law 152-FZ.
